

The HRM cert from SFU is in their Continuing Education department, meaning that it is intended for mature students with previous education and/or professional experience who are looking for a career change.

Wether you take the path with or without the NKE to the CPHR accreditation, you do need to have both a previous Bachelor Degree (in any field) and a certain amount of professional experience. If you do not take a program that’s part of the list, you can still become accredited with CPHR but you will need to write the NKE. If you take a program from the list of Accredited Post-Secondary Programs you are able to waive taking the National Knowledge Exam (NKE) with CPHR. Hi!
